Enjoyed seeing your haul! I usually only make one cake a year for my wife Laura's birthday but a few years ago I got an offset spatula and find it is much easier to frost with than a straight one. I don't know if it's the angle, so I can see better, or because it is smaller/narrower than my first spatula. You are making me want to use my kitchen tools.
I would go nuts at a restaurant supply store! I love a 1/8 sheet pan, I use mine for mise en place or in the toaster oven. I use a wide-mouth funnel daily to fill mason jars (can get from Ball). I use 2 cast iron pans daily, as well as a 1 qt saucepan (All Clad) to make porridge every morning. A stainless steel mesh scrubber is awesome for safely cleaning cast iron pans. French tapered rolling pan gets used very frequently, as does my whisk (both purchased E Dehlerrin).
Great list of gadgets, thanks for sharing. I've looked at the mesh scrubbers many times, they seem to be especially common at General Stores in Vermont. I'll have to pick one up.

I'm a total offset spatula convert!
i have equipment envy! love that whisk. and intrigued by the harissa x mayo combo for tuna. that's a keeper idea. great episode.
I love tuna but it can get a little boring. I find harissa is the perfect bit of pizzazz that gets me reaching for a can.
