I’m laughing that you forgot the buttermilk. I’m glad the muffins turned out pretty good anyway. Are you behind the graham cracker recipe at Roaring Fork? Some of the Instagram posts seem to suggest that, but I wasn’t sure.

Hi Karen: Yes, I've done A LOT of graham cracker recipe testing. Jacob is making upcycled products using spent grains from breweries in CO. We've been shipping a lot of ingredients back and forth to each other.
